The Solid Gun Works FFL Transfer Portal is a secure, streamlined web application built to simplify the Federal Firearms License (FFL) transfer process for customers purchasing firearms online or from out-of-state dealers. Our platform guides buyers through every step — from shipment tracking to document submission and appointment scheduling — so you always know exactly where your transfer stands.

This portal is designed for Florida residents who have purchased a firearm from an online retailer or out-of-state FFL dealer and need a licensed Florida FFL to receive, process, and transfer the firearm in compliance with federal and state law. Whether you're a first-time buyer or a seasoned collector, the portal makes the paperwork simple and the process transparent.

Using the portal, customers can submit their Florida Driver's License, proof of residency (if required), and Concealed Weapons License (CWL) for administrative review — all from any device, without needing to visit the shop until your appointment. Customers with a valid Florida CWL may qualify to skip the standard 3-day waiting period under Florida Statute 790.0655.

Once documents are approved, customers receive a secure link to schedule a pickup appointment directly through the portal. Appointment times are synced in real time with our Google Calendar so you can be confident your slot is reserved. You'll receive email confirmations and status updates at every stage of the process.
